Free delivery to parcel machines in Estonia for orders over 45 EUR.
The buyer chooses the method of delivery (self-pickup, parcel machine, post office, courier, etc.) during the checkout process and covers the transportation costs.
OÜ Beauty Pro uses third parties to deliver goods to the Buyer.
All prices in the online store are in euros and include 22% VAT. The product prices shown on the website do not include delivery fees.
Courier delivery:
For orders within Estonia under 60 EUR, an additional courier delivery fee of 5 EUR applies. Delivery to a SmartPOST parcel machine costs between 2.82 EUR and 6.48 EUR, depending on the package size. Delivery to an Omniva parcel machine costs between 2.82 EUR and 6.48 EUR, and to an Omniva post office costs between 4.40 EUR and 11.32 EUR. Delivery to a DPD Pickup point costs between 2.16 EUR and 4.10 EUR. Orders exceeding 60 EUR are delivered free of charge within Estonia. The delivery fee is displayed during checkout.
The goods are delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. Changing the delivery address afterward is not possible.
Products are delivered to Estonia and Finland via Itella SmartPOST.
For delivery to other countries, the Buyer can choose delivery by post. Price shown at the checkout is for medium packages, larger packages price will be calculated by kg, in case it is more than shown at the check out the buyer is approached with a new shipping offer.

OÜ Beauty Pro hands over the ordered goods to the courier no later than on the second business day following the conclusion of the sales agreement. Generally, products are delivered within 3-5 business days.
If the goods ordered by the Buyer are not in stock and must be ordered specifically from the manufacturer/supplier, and it becomes evident that delivery within 3-5 business days is not possible, or in other cases where timely delivery is not feasible due to circumstances beyond OÜ Beauty Pro's control, OÜ Beauty Pro will inform the Buyer within 2 business days of placing the order, either via the contact phone or email provided. The Buyer will also be notified of the revised delivery time.
If the Buyer loses interest in purchasing the goods due to the extended delivery time, the Buyer has the right to cancel the order. The amount paid by the Buyer (including delivery fees) will be refunded to the Buyer's bank account.
The Buyer is obligated to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If the Buyer discovers discrepancies in completeness or quantity, non-compliance, or any other differences between the delivered goods and the description in the online store or the order placed, the Buyer must notify OÜ Beauty Pro immediately at info@beautypro.ee.
If the goods are delivered by a postal or courier service, the Buyer must confirm receipt with a signature on the delivery note. Before signing, the Buyer must ensure that the goods are complete, in the correct quantity, and undamaged. If there are discrepancies in the completeness or quantity of the goods or if the goods are damaged, the Buyer must make a corresponding note on the delivery note and immediately inform OÜ Beauty Pro at info@beautypro.ee.
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon the transfer of the goods at the delivery location specified in the order.
