The philosophy of reflexology determines that areas of the foot correspond to different organs and systems of the body. Treat yourself to this soothing ritual designed to encourage relaxation and alleviate stress whilst leaving you feeling silky smooth. Start by gently massaging the nourishing foot balm into your feet paying particular attention to heels and other areas of dry or hard skin, slip on your reflexology socks, and allow a minimum of 5 minutes for the balm to soak into your skin. Then use the wooden roller and gently massage your feet, locate the corresponding organs and body systems shown on your socks and apply desired pressure.To finish fill a bowl or foot spa with enough warm water and 2-3 scoops of the foot soak.
How to use:
Step 1: Gently massage the nourishing foot balm into your feet, paying particular attention to heels and other areas of dry or hard skin.
Step 2: Slip on your reflexology socks, and allow a minimum of 5 minutes for the balm to soak into your skin.
Step 3: Take out your wooden roller and gently massage your feet. Locate the corresponding organs and body systems shown on your socks and apply desired pressure.
Step 4: Fill a bowl or foot spa with enough warm water to cover your ankles. Pour in 2-3 scoops of the foot soak.
Step 5: Remove your socks and place your feet in the soak for a minimum of 5 minutes, then dry thoroughly.
