Creamy and highly pigmented, the Special FX Fantasy Colour Wheel blends perfectly and can be used directly on top of skin or dried liquid latex. Paraben-free. Directions: Apply selected colour using Special Effects tools to desired effect. Removal: Remove using soap and warm water.
