Cotton Velour Puff

Made from soft cotton velour, this puff is perfect for applying pressed or loose powder precisely and softly for a proffesional blending and finish. The satin ribbon strap allows to gently wear it on the finger when applying makeup on the face.

How to use: Use velour puff to pick up powder. Pat and blot against skin. Dust off eny excess. Gently wash the puff in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and squeeze for excess water. Allow it to air dry. If the puff has lost its original shape or starts to shred at the edges then replace it with a new one.
