Brow Perfecting Palette

In a small plastic case, Brow Perfecting Palette has all the shades you need to create the perfect brows. With the brush provided, mix the four colours to create the perfect match and apply for a subtle, natural finish. With three shades and a glowing highlighter, define and enhance in a few small steps.

Directions: Select correct color. Use the brush to underline the brows, tracing color from the inner comer of the eye towards the outer edge of the brow. Blend with brush. Add highlighter to accentuate the arch.
