Brow Defining Powder Soft Black

Ardell Brow Defining Powder uses a dose of concentrated pigments to create naturally defined brows. Create perfectly arched brows. The concentrated brush-on color applies easily with the slant-tipped brush.

How To Use: With short, light strokes, apply powder. Start at the inner corner of eyebrows and follow the natural arch. Extend brow line as needed.
